• $300.00 minimum wholesale orders only.

• All sales are final. No consignment.

• All claims and/or returns must be approved and made no later than 15 days after delivery.

• All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

• Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error are subject to 20% handling charge.

• VivaMexico.com Wholesale will only give credit for returned merchandise received based on the original claim called into office.

• The jurisdiction of any legal dispute will be in Chula Vista, CA.

*Shipping charges for International customers will be different than what is stated in the checkout. Actual cost of shipping will be determined once order has been packaged and weighed and customers will be notified via email.
